Vitalik Buterin, who has mentioned the possibility of using meme coins for charity and donations many times in the past and thanked the Doge Elon Mars (ELON) project for its assistance, this time thanked the most talked about coin of the last period, Moodeng, and the EBULL projects, which are not known much.

Writing from the X account, Buterin thanked the projects called Moodeng and ebull, the most talked about project of the last period, and said the following:

“I would like to thank the meme coin projects that send part of their supply to charity organisations. Last month, I saw ebull sending a section of tokens to various groups. The meme coins sent to me also go to charity organisations. Thanks to Moodeng for this reason. The 10 billion tokens sent today will go to technologies researching the treatment of airborne diseases. As I’ve said before, the areas where meme coins can have the most positive impact for the world are the areas where everyone can benefit the most from them. After this tweet by Vitalik, there were big rises in the two tokens mentioned. Moodeng on the Ethereum network was valued 2 times and EBULL 20 times within seconds.

Vitalik converted 10 billion Moodeng tokens sent to him into ETH. Buterin sent 260 of the 308 ETH he obtained to a foundation called Kanro.

The other day, Buterin also converted the meme coins sent to him, Moodeng, DEGEN, Neiro and Kabosu, into ETH.
