Leading Ethereum layer-2 blockchain project Starknet announced the details of its much-awaited airdrop. STRK tokens will be airdropped on Feb. 20, with roughly 1.3 million wallets eligible to receive it.

Starknet Foundation shared details about its token distrubition process. Airdrops will be made to 1.3 million wallets, from developers and contributors of the ecosystem dapps to Ether stakers to StarkEx users.

Over 700 million STRK tokens…

The airdrop will include more than 700 million STRK tokens. On February 20, wallets will be able to start requesting aidrop. Requests will continue to be received until June 20.

Starknet users will be the ones who get the most from the airdrop. This group will get 50.8% of the tokens allocated for the airdrop. StarkEx users will receive 9.5%, while Ether stakers will receive 21.8%.

The number of tokens to be airdropped (728 million) is 7% of the total supply of tokens.

On the other hand, it appears that StarkEx users have the most amount of wallets that eligible for airdrops. StarkEx wallets with 622 thousand 996 wallets will be able to receive airdrops.
