Donald Trump, former president of the United States and a candidate for re-election in the November elections, seems to have closed the door to Elon Musk on the cabinet. Trump, who received the support of another Bitcoin-supporting candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by withdrawing from the elections, also made important statements about Elon Musk.
“I’d put him in the cabinet, but…”
In an interview with Shawn Ryan, a social media publisher and former soldier, Trump stated that he would be pleased to include Elon Musk in his cabinet, but that his being the director of more than one major company would be an obstacle to this:
“He wants to be involved. Now look, he’s running big businesses and all that, so he can’t, really, I don’t think he could be cabinet. I’d put him in the cabinet, absolutely, but I don’t know how he could do that with all the things he’s got going.”
Trump also said that he could get idea support from Musk on country and world issues and said, ‘I can get his opinion. Someone who can give you very good and useful ideas…’ commented Trump.
Musk was recently known for openly supporting Trump. Musk and Trump had recently conducted an interview on X. It was also surprising that the duo did not mention Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
