Tron-based meme token issuance platform SunPump has surpassed Solana-based PumpFun, which pioneered this field, in terms of revenue.

Dune Analytics data shows that SunPump generated approximately $550 million in revenue as of yesterday. On the other hand, PumpFun’s revenue figure remained at approximately $365 thousand.

More than 7,500 tokens were issued in SunPump in one day

Justin Sun, the founder of Tron, aims to bring similar mobility to the Tron network after the meme coins issued on the Solana network experienced a long bull period in themselves. Sun was also partially successful in this. Only yesterday, 7,531 meme tokens were produced through SunPump. The total number of tokens issued so far has reached 28 thousand 716. 1 million 800 thousand dollars was spent to issue these tokens. The platform was just launched on August 13.

This interest in SunPump was also reflected in the price of TRX. TRX, the token of the Tron network, has gained 27% since the opening of the platform.
