In the Pump.fun hack incident, which was one of the most talked about stories in the Solana ecosystem last week, it was stated that the attacker was caught and released after being arrested.
While it was stated that the name of this person, a former employee of the company behind Pump.fun, was Jarrett Dunn, it was written that Dunn was released after being arrested in London.
“They are no different from a casino…”
Stating that he spent the night in detention from his X account after his release and is now in the hospital, the hacker said about the application, “Do you believe they are more guilty of the uk equivalent of running an unregistered securities exchange, or a gambling site with no license, kyc or aml? Note that Saudi Arabia already proactively blocks them for being a casino.”
“Token pump was requested with footage”
The hacker, who also made harsh claims in his tweets, said:
“How many more overseas employees would they hire, not deduct taxes from, not provide a work visa to before their lawyers draft actual contracts rather than the chatgpt one about 5 of us signed thus far just so they could claim to have employees for the investors?”
