Binance, which announced many delists in this pair after the New York regulator in the US asked Paxos to stop issuing BUSD, made a similar announcement for 8 more trading pairs.

In the statement made; “ATA / BUSD, BNT / BUSD, COS / BUSD, DF / BUSD, DOCK / BUSD, OSMO / BUSD, STRAX / BUSD, XNO / BUSD” trading pairs will be delisted on the stock exchange as of August 4, 06.00 TSI. Trading in other existing pairs will continue.

Trade bot services in these trading pairs will also be terminated on the same day and time.

As it will be remembered, Paxos, the company responsible for BUSD issuance, stopped BUSD issuance in February at the request of the New York Department of Financial Services. The NYDFS claimed that Paxos was not backing BUSDs with enough real dollars. The regulator also stated that Paxos did not adequately disclose its relationship with Binance to BUSD investors.

Apart from the NYDFS, it was stated that the SEC also launched an investigation into Paxos’ BUSD issuance.
