There was an outflow of $6 billion on Saturday from the address, which is the 5th largest account in the world in terms of the number of Bitcoins it holds. The address, which has not made any movement since 2019, transferred 94,500 Bitcoins to 3 new addresses.

According to the information provided by Arkham Intelligence, only 1.4 BTC remained in the wallet after the transfer. While $5.03 billion was sent to “bc1q8yj”, $561 million was transferred to “bc1q6m5” and $488 million to “bc1q592”.

Although the reason for the transfers is unknown, it is known that large accounts have recently made such transfers and moved their holdings to newer wallets.

It is also noteworthy that Bitcoin rose above $70,000 again on Monday immediately after the wallet’s transfers.

As it is known, Arkham follows the crypto transfers of large companies and large accounts holding Bitcoin and announces them to the world.
